BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1680

DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER i8, 2008 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, Thursday, Decernber 18, 2008, marks the 9" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Tuguegarao;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, December 18, 2008 as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
