BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 169

DECLARING FRIDAY, 31 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF HIMAMAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS. Friday, 31 March 2017, marks the celebration of the Charter Day of the City of Himamaylan, Negros Occidental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Himamaylan, Negros Occidental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 31 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Himamaylan, Negros Occidental
