MALACANAN PALACE MAMLA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 17 DECLARING MONDAY, 25 JULY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN WHEREAS, the City of Dapitan marks the celebration of its "Kinabayo Festival" on Monday, 25 July 2016; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dapitan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 25 July 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dapitan.
