Proclamation No. 170

RESERVING FOR HOSPITAL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MARGOSATUBIG, MUNICIPALITY OF MARGOSATUBIG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for hospital purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Margosatubig, municipality of Margosatubig, Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-218, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-218, S. 56˚ 00’ W. 218.45 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Margosatubig, thence S. 28˚ 18’ W. 188.46 m. to point 2; S. 54˚ 43’ E. 100.52 m. to point 3; S. 79˚ 17’ E. 165.10 m. to point 4; S 12˚ 19’ W. 290.68 m. to point 5; S. 13˚ 03’ W. 281.03 m. to point 6; N. 74˚ 11’ W. 206.00 m. to point 7; S. 74˚ 12’ W. 248.46 m. to point 8; N. 41˚ 57’ W. 95.16 m. to point 9; N. 76˚ 11’ E. 90.22 m. to point 10; N. 17˚ 36’ E. 325.02 m. to point 11; N. 5˚ 01’ E. 205.04 m. to point 12; N. 28˚ 50’ E. 196.03 m. to point 13; S. 72˚ 10’ E. 60.09 m. to point 14; N. 25˚ 45’ E. 97.65 m. to point 15; S. 70˚ 34’ E. 13.14 m. to point 16; S. 72˚ 29’ E. 64.04 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 27.1539 hectares.

All corners are P.L. S. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Pascual Enriquez, the municipal government of Margosatubig, and Crispin Atilano and Panfilo Ozaeta (joint owners); on the southeast, by properties of the municipal government of Margosatubig, Anacleto Domingo, public land, and property of Pedro Enriquez; on the southwest, by properties of Galadlas (Subano) and Pedro Enriquez; and on the northwest, by properties of Leon Belen; Juan Alvarez, Leon Belen, and Pascual Enriquez.

Bearings true. Declination, 1˚ 48’ E.
