AUTHORIZING THE WORLD FAMILY INSTITUTE, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM MAY 3 TO DECEMBER 31, 1993 WHEREAS, the World Family Institute, Inc. (WFII), a non-stock, non-profit organization, aims to promote the Filipino Family as a self-reliant participant in nation building; WHEREAS, one of the main projects of WFIIthe Model Filipino Family, through the Angkan conducted every three years; and is the Search for Awards, which is WHEREAS, WFII needs the support of laudable objectives. the public to realize HOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the I;>owers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the World Family Institute, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign from May 3 to December 31, 1993.
