BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 12°

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 46 DATED MAY 28, 1908 BY SEGREGATING A PORTION THEREOF AND RESERVING THE SAME AS PROVINCIAL WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE SITE FOR THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA), SITUATED IN BARANGAY LIWANAG, CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I], BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 46 dated May 28, 1908, which reserved a certain parcel of land of the public domain for provincial building and school site purposes, by excluding a portion of the land embraced therein and reserving the same as provincial warehouse and office site for the National Food Authority (NFA), situated in Barangay Liwanag, City of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 4. CAD-800-D PUERTO PRINCESA CADASTRE (REL-04-001665-D)

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 4, Cad-800-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre of the Relocation Plan REL-04-001665-D), situated in Barangay Liwanag, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 5; on the SE., and SW., along lines 2- 3-4-5-6-7 by Lot 10, all of Cad-800-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre; on the N., along line 7- 1 by Road (10.00 m. wide).

Beginning from a point marked “1” on the plan being N. 88 deg. 41’°W., 2,745.31 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-800-D, Puerto Princesa Cadastre, thence:

Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearing True; Date of Original Survey April 4 to November 12, 1974, and that of Relocation Survey on July 27, 2002 and approved on December 10, 2002.

The National Food Authority (NFA) shall have administrative jurisdiction over the area and by virtue of this proclamation may pursue further action leading to the grant of a Special Patent to the land reserved herein in favor of the Republic of the Philippines.
