BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 170

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 08 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO

WHEREAS, on 08 March 2023, Wednesday, the Province of Davao de Oro will mark the celebration of its 25" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Davao de Oro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 08 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Davao de Oro.
