BY THE PWESXDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1707 DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORI(1NG) DAY IN THE CITY OF LEPA WHEREAS, the City of Lipa celebrates the clty fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Sebastian on Tuesday, January 20, 2009; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, 1, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLQRIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 20, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
