TO CONDUCT A )ATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WlIEREAS, the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services,Inc. (TOPS), was earlier authori:zed under Proclamation No.869, s. 1992, to conduct a nat:ional fund campaign for a period of one (1) year; MI, TOPS will again conduct a national campaign to raise funds that will ultimately benefit underprivileged children and youth: and WlIKREAS, this national fund campaign by TOPS deserves the wholehearted support of all segments of society. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of theRepublic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do her'eby authorize the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
