PROCLAMATION NO. 171

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, on 20 March 2023, Monday, the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Fernando be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 20 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union.
