Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1712 DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 3, 2009, marks the 5gm Foundation Day anniversary of Cabanatuan City; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO Fa. ERMLTA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 3, 2009, as special (non-\h!crking) day in the City of Cabanatuan.
