MALACA~~ANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILPPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1713 DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2089, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN WHEREAS, Thursday, February 12,2009, marks the 11" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
