BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1714 DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE WHEREAS, Friday, February 13, 2009, marks the foundation day anniversary of the City of ParaAaque; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Paraiiaque, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 13, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Para Aaque.
