Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1.717 DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 31, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALIN OF MANOLO FORTICH, BUKIDNON WHEREAS, Saturday, January 31, 2009, the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon marks the observance of Public Servants' Day; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
