BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1726

RESERVING AS MUNICIPAL TOURISM SITE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF

BARANGAYS 4, 10 AND 11, MUNICIPALITY OF BALAYAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department. of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORTA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal tourism site purposes under the administration, supervision and control ° of the Municipality of Balayan, Batangas, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of foreshore land of the public domain situated at Barangays

4, 10 and 11, Municipality of Balayan, Province of Batangas, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (identified under MR-04-000005) situated in Barangays 4, 10, and 11 (Poblacion), Municipality of Balayan, Province of Batangas, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Salvage Zone; on the SE., along lines 2-3-4-5-6 by Balayan Bay; on the SW., along line 6-7 by Salvage Zone; on the NW., along lines 7-8-9-10-11 by Public Land, along line 11- 12 by Creek, along line 12-13 by Public Land, along line 13-14 by Damballelos St., along lines 14-15-16 by Public Land, along lines 16-17-18 by Creek, along lines 18-19-20 by the Property of Modesto Rubio, along line 20-21 by Public Land (Paz Street), along lines 21-22-23-1 by Public Land. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 18, 19, and 20, by old P.S. cyl. con. mons. 15 x 60 cms., and the rest by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearing: True. This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations by Amadeo G. Cardifo, Geodetic Engineer, from August 31 to September 06, 2005, and approved on September 20, 2006.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other made of disposition until again declared alienable through Proclamation by the President.
