BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1734

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR OFFICE SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) SITUATED IN THE CITY OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF DENR

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by aw, I, GLORTA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for DENR-PENR Office and CENR Office Site purposes of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain situated in Tagum City, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot485-A, Csd-11-010984, portion of Lot 485, Cad- 276, situated in Barangay Magugpo, City of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the SE., along line 4-1, Davao Agusan National Highway; on the SW., along line 1-2 on the NW., along line 2-3 both of Lot 485-B, (Lot 14938, Cad-276) Csd-11-010984; and along line 3-4 by Lot 599, Cad-276.

Beginning from point marked ‘1” on plan, being N. 81-32'E., 1,145.82 meters from BLLM No, 2, Cad-276, thence;

N. 53-25'W., 41.11 m. to point 2; N. 31-14E., 20.20 m. to point 3; N. 85-38 E., 60.95 m. to point 4; S. 39-29'W., 60.13 m. to point of
