NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA. Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, March 27, 2009 as special (non-working) day in the City of Las Pinas.
