DECLARING OPEN TO DISPOSITION ALL PUBLIC LANDS NOT PREVIOUSLY DECLARED OPEN TO CONCESSION THAT HAVE BEEN, OR MAY HEREAFTER BE, CLASSIFIED ALIENABLE OR DISPOSABLE AND DELIMITED AND SURVEYED, AND THE UNSURVEYED LANDS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN THAT ARE COVERED BY PUBLIC LAND APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AND ACCEPTED IN THE BUREAU OF LANDS ON OR BEFORE JULY 1, 1036, SUBJECT TO FUTURE DELIMITATION AND SURVEY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of sections seven and eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby declare, subject to private rights, if any there be, open to concession or disposition through homestead, sale, and lease, all public lands not previously declared open to concession that have been, or may hereafter be, classified alienable, or disposable and delimited and surveyed, and the unsurveyed lands of the public domain that are covered by public land applications received and accepted in the Bureau of Lands on or before July first, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, subject to future delimitation and survey.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done at the City of Manila, this twenty-fourth day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the second.
