BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 175

DECLARING FRIDAY, 10 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NORALA, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 10 March 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Norala, Province of South Cotabato will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Norala be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday,

10 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Norala, Province of South Cotabato.
