TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR ,.' WHEREAS, the Philippine Tuberculosis Society, Inc. primarilydepends on the support of both the public and private sectors in the conduct of its services and programs and WHEREAS, to pursue its humanitarian programs and services, the Philippine Tuberculosis Society, Inc. needs the continuous assistance of the community. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republicof the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine TubE!rculosis Society, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamat.ion.
