DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BUTUAN CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, May 19, 2009, the “ity of Butuan celebrates Balangay Festival honoring the feast day of its patron. saint, Saint Joseph;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that tne people of the City of ‘Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, May 19, 2009, as special (non-workir y; day in Butuan City.
