BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 177

DECLARING TUESDAY, 4 APRIL 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANTIPOLO

WHEREAS, the City of Antipolo marks the celebration of its 19" cityhood anniversary on Tuesday, 4 April 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Antipolo, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MENARDO |. GUEVARRA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 4 April 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Antipolo.
