BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 177

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 29 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBUSAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ

WHEREAS, on 29 March 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Mambusao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 29 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz.
