BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1771

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT F. ORTIGAS JR. CORNER GARNET ROAD ORTIGAS CENTER, BARANGAY SAN ANTONIO PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Board Resolution No. Q0-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-049 dated 22 January 2008, as amended by Resolution No. 09- 067 dated 24 February 2009, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the PLDT Garnet Building as Information Technology Center located at F. Ortigas Jr. corner Garnet Road, Ortigas Genter, Barangay San Antonio, Pasig City, which was constructed on a parcel of land of the private domain with an area of One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Nine (1,749)

Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

“Lot 2 (LRA) Psd-397477

A parcel of jand (Lot 2 of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-397477 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of plan (LRA) Pcn- 1418, L.R.C. Record No. 699, 875, & 917), situated in the Barrio of | ‘ Oranbo, Municipality of Pasig, Province of (Rizal) Now Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the N., points 1 to 2 by Lot 1 of the subdivision plan;

on the E., points 2 to 3 by Garnet Avenue (15.00 m. wide) (Road Lot 12,

(LRC) Psd-105493); on the S., points 3 to 4 by Lot 9, Block 11 (LRC) Psd-

144362; and on the W., points 4 to 1 by Emerald Avenue (30.00 m. wide) (Road Lot 9 (LRC) Psd- 105493). .
