BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1774

DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 22, 2009 AS SPECIAi. (NON-WORKING) DAY IN GINGOOG CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Gingoog celebrates ‘ts annual fiesta on Friday, May 22, 2009;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that tne people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

• NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL—ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, May 22, 2009, as special (non-working) day in Gingoog City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
