Proclamation No. 178

RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KOLAMBUGAN, PROVINCE OF LANAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from, sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Kolambugan, Province of Lanao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-367, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan Mr-367, S. 85″ 03′ E. 163.51 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipal district of Kolambugan, thence N. 54° 44′ E. 86.27 m. to point 2; S. 22° 55′ E. 132.72 m. to point 3; S. 2° 22′ E. 84.19 m. to point 4; S. 77° 55′ W. 102.34 m. to point 5; N. 88° 47′ W. 69.80 m*.* to point 6; N. 0° 35′ E. 65.47 m. to point 7; N. 21° 27′ E. 119.29 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 2.7363 hectares.

Points 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, old B. L. concrete monuments; point 6, B. L. concrete monument; point 7, cross on tree.

Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Segundo Emya and Pablo Nuñez; on the southeast, by property of Perfecto Medalla; on the southwest, by property of Tito Mandajoyan; on the west, by a creek (dry) ; and on the northwest, by a creek (dry) and property of the municipal government of Kolambugan (old cemetery site).

Bearings true. Declination, 1° 44′ E.
