BY THE PRESDIENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 178
SUPPLEMENTING PROCLAMATION NO, 175 DATED OCTOBER 27, 1987 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF CALAMITY IN CAGAYAN PROVINCE.
1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the inclusion of the Provinces of Abra, Sengquet, Ifugao, Kaltnga- Apayao and Mt. Province, including Baguio City, all within the Cordillere Administrative Region, in the areas where a state of public calamity exists in view of the severe destruction of property and loss of life therein brovant about by typhoon "Pepang."
This Proclamation shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 30th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eignty-seven.
