BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1783

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS GGVPI IT ZONE ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 168 OUANO AVENUE, MANDAUE RECLAMATION AREA, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upan recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 dated 20 September 2004 and Resolution No. 07-587 dated 17 December 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the GGVPI-IT Zone with a gross floor area of 34,272 square meters, more or less, established on a parcel of land located at 168 Quano Avenue, Mandaue Reclamation Area, Mandaue City, Cebu, containing an area of Fifty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Eight (59,568) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-K-3-A of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-356781, approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 1-K-3, Psd-353765 L.R.C. Record No. N-61524), situated in the Baranagay of Poblacion & Subangdaku, City of Mandaue, Island of Cebu.
