Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1789

DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 30, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BAYUGAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Tuesday, June 30, 2009, marks the annual celebration of corn, rice and flower festival of the City of Bayugan, Agusan del Sur;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Bayugan, Agusan del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 30, 2009, as special (non-working) day in Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, [ have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
