Proclamation No. 179

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 382, DATED APRIL 20, 1931

Pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred forty-one, I hereby revoke Proclamation Numbered Three hundred eighty-two, dated April twentieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-one, and open the land reserved thereby to disposition in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this twenty-seventh day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the second.
