BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1791

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BASIAWAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BASIAWAN, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF DAVAQ DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlernent and reserve Lat 140, Cad 948-D (AP-11-000884) for school site purposes of BASIAWAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL subject to private rights, if any there be, situated at Barangay Basiawan, Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Davao del Sur and more particularly described as follows:
