BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1797

DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 22, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, Monday, June 22, 2009, marks the 40'° Charter Day anniversary of the City of Pagadian dubbed as "40" Araw ng Pagadian”

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA; Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORTA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, June 22, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
