RESERVING FOR SCHOOL AND MUNICIPAL SITES PURPOSES OF THp GPOL NATICNAL SECONDARY TECHNICAL SCHOOL AND OPOL MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF TEE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PONTACAN, MUNICIPALITY OF OPFOL, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for school and municipal sites purposes of the Opol National Secondary Technical School and Opol Municipal Government, under the administretion of the Director of Secondary Education and the Opol Municipal Government, respectively, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Pontacan, Municipality of Opol, Frovince of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

4. The width of the Provincial and Municipal roads abutting the lot applied for must have the minimum right-of-way reservation to comply with the mandatory provision of Executive Order No. 113, series of 1955;

5. That all waterways passing thru or adjoining the said lot be considered parts of the public domain and be subject to the mandatory provision of Presidential Decree No. 296 and Presidential Decree No. 1057; and

6. That the 3-metres wide public easement along Calinog Creek reckoned from the lines reached by the highest flood which does not cause inundation be excluded from the areas applied for pursuant to Section 28 of the implementing rules and regulations of PD 1967 in relation to Article 571 of said Decree.
