DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 01 JULY 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 01 July 2009 marks the Foundation Day anniversary of . the City of Dipoiog;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Dipolog be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history;

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, 01 July 2009, as special (non-working) day in the City of Dipolog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
