BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1804

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 1, 2009, marks the 134" Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 1, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
