Proclamation No. 181

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES SIX PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARACELI, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Araceli, Province of Palawan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-232 and 232-A, to wit:

Lot No. 1 (barrio of San Juan, school site).—Beginning at a point marked “1” on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-232, N. 84° 19' E. 45.92 m. from B. L. B. M. No. 12, barrio of San Juan, municipality of Araceli, thence S. 13° 03' E. 83.51 m. to point 2; S. 84° 58' W. 77.45 m. to point 3; N. 75° 16' W. 40.44 m. to point 4; N. 21° 13' W. 54.86 m. to point 5; N. 77° 10' E. 120.26 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 8,489 square meters.

Points 1, 2, and 4, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3 and 5, nails crosses on sides of dolo fence posts. .

Bounded on all sides by streets.

Containing an area of 1,825 square meters.

Bounded on the north, by China Sea and property claimed by Pe Chuy Hue; on the east, by property claimed by Pe Chuy Hue; on the south, by street; and on the west, by public land.

S. triangulation station “Po,” Calandangan Island, thence S. 48° 14' E. 43.86 m. to point 2; S. 48° 22' E. 51.16 m. to point 3; S. 42° 01' W. 67.42 m. to point 4; N. 45° 20' W. 33.49 m. to point 5; N. 48° 41' W. 49.44 m. to point 6; N. 31° 36' E. 67.06 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 5,880 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm. Bounded on the northeast, by properties of Tomas Vi-gonte and Jose Calanday; on the southeast, by property of heirs of Simeon Abrina; on the southwest, by properties of Jacinto Sacamay and Simeon Sacamay; and on the north-west, by barrio street.

Bounded on the north, by properties of Santos Reynoso and Segundo Blanco; on the east, by properties of Segundo Blanco, Pascual Madrigal, and the Government of the Settlement of Dumaran; on the south, by Sulu Sea, property of the government of the settlement of Dumaran, and Sulu Sea; and on the west, by properties, of the government of the settlement of Dumaran, Simon Arzaga, barrio street, and property of Nicolas Reynoso.
