PROCLAMATION NO. 181

DECLARING FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE AETAS THAT PORTION OF THE AREA CULTIVATED BY THEM COVERED BY PASTURE LEASE AGREEMENT NO. 3138 IN SAN MARCELING, ZAMBALES.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, 1, CORAZON C. AQUING, President of the Philippines, do hereby declaré for the exclusive use of the Aetas that portion of the area cultivated by them covered by Pasture Lease Agreement No. 3138 in San Marcelino, Zambales, and waived by the lessee, Mr. Feliciano Rodriguez, in favor of the actual Aeta occupants therein. The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, through the Forest Management Bureau, is hereby instructed to delineate the boundaries Tor exclusion from the pasture lease agreement so that the Aetas may avail of the benefits of the Integrated Social Forestry Program,
