PROCLAMATION NO. 181

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF JAVALERA, MUNICIPALITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AS PART GF GATEWAY BUSINESS PARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as part of Gateway Business Park Special Economic Zone, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 00-341 dated 11 October 2000 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, a parcel of land located in the Barangay of Javalera, Municipality of General Trias, Province of Cavite, consisting of FIFTEEN THOUSAND SIXTY FIVE (15,065) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Lot 1-B ‘ Psd-04-131248

A parcel of Land (Lot 1-B of the subd., plan Psd-04-131248 being a portion of Lot-1, Pcs-04-010956, LRC., Rec. No. ), situated in the Barangay of Javalera, Municipality of General Trias, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Lot-1-A of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2933, S.F. de Malabon Estate, City of Land Dev., Corporation (Now) Pcs- 04-001023; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot-14 (Drainage), Pcs- 04-010956 and on the SE., along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9-1 by Road Lot- 2, Pcs-04-005374 (20.00 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 2 deg. 39 E., 904.28 m. from BLLM No. 199, San Francisco De Malabon Estate.
