DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 22 March 2017, the Province of Cavite marks the celebration of the birth anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President of the Republic of the Philippines,

that the people of the Province of

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper and participate in the occasion with

Cavite, be given full opportunity to celebrate appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of

Cavite.
