BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 181

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY

WHEREAS, on 24 March 2023, Friday, the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay will mark the celebration of its Charter Day and its 224 Cityhood Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 24 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay.
