BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1813

DECLARING SATURDAY, JULY 4, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Saturday, July 4, 2009, marks the founding day anniversary of the Province of Lanac del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Lanao del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by the power of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby

declare Saturday, July 4, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Lanao del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
