BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1816

RESERVING AS SCHOOL SITE FOR PENABLANCA EAST NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY LAGUM, MUNICIPALITY OF PENABLANCA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES — DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL - ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Pefiablanca East National High School and grant ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines —- Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Lagum, Municipality of Pefablanca, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot 2, Ccs-(af)-02-000328-D

A parcel of landl (identified as Lot 2, Csd-(af)-02-000328-D, portion of Lot Nos. 5221-5211, and 4888, Pls-793) as surveyed for Pefiablanca East National High School situated in Barangay Lagum, Municipality of Pefiablanca, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Public Land; on the SW., and NW., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 4 on the NW., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 3; on the NE., along lines 6-7-8 by Lot 1; and on the S., along fine 8-1 by Public Land, all of Ccs-(af}-02-000328-D.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being N. 46-02’E., 11404.10 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-793, thence:

S. 09-52E ., 80.81 m. to point 2; N, 83-37'W.,, 61.41 m. to point 3; N. 04-404E,, 81.29 m. to point 4; DUE NORTH 77.00 m. to point 5; S. 83-34E., 48.48 m. to point 6; S. 83-07'E., 63.46 m. to point 7; S. 03-53'W., 72.37 m. to point 8; DUE WEST 38.00 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE (13,575) square meters, more or less.

All corners marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cms. In diameter. Bearing True. The consolidation/subdivision survey was executed by Engr. Gerardo C. Melad on October 11, 2006 and was approved on February 23, 2007.

beginning; containing an area of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (3,148) square meters, more or less. All points indicated on the plan are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. Conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. In diameter. Bearing True. The

survey was executed by Engr. Gerardos C. Melad on September 20, 2002 was approved on November 12, 2004.

The area covered by the Proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Education which shall be responsible in maintaining the usefulness of the area,
