PROCLAMATION NO. 182

EXCLUDING OM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER. ‘NO. 10 DATED APRIL 2, 1907 WHICH

ESTABLISHED THE CENTRAL LUZON STATE UNIVERSITY (CLSU) SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MUNOZ, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME FOR HOUSING SITE PURPOSES OF THE CLSU FACULTY AND STAFF

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL- ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order No. 10 dated April 2, 1907, which established the Central Luzon State University (CLSU), a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declaring the same for housing site purposes of the CLSU Faculty and Staff, under the administration of the National Housing Authority, situated in the Municipality of Mufioz, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon and which portion of land is more particularly described as follows:

LOT 2260-0-1, PSD-03-086003

A parcel of land (Lot 2260-0-1-B-1 of the subdivision plan Psd-03-086003 being a portion of Lot 2260-0-1-B, Psd-03417-063005) situated in the Barrio of CLSU, Municipality of Mufioz, Province of Nueva Ecija, bounded on the N., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1947, Cad. 126, Mujioz Cadastre, on the NE., and SE., along line 3-4-5-6-7-8-9 by Lot 2260-0-1-B-2, of the subdivision plan, on the SW., along lines 9-10-11 by Bagong Sikat Road, and on the N., along line 11-1 by Lot 1954, Cad. 126, Mufioz Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N., 4 deg. 56 W., 973.08 m. from B.B.M. 25, Cad. 126 Mufioz Cadastre.

beginning, containing an area of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ONE (200,001) Square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cmc. Bearings true date of original survey-August 1917-February 1919, and that of the subdivision survey-January 18-19, 1997 and approved on February 11, 1997.

Out of the twenty (20) hectare-housing project for the CLSU faculty and staff, one (1) hectare shall be allocated as site of the CLSU Student Dormitory.

The lot covered by this Proclamation, which is classified as Alienable and Disposable and registered under OCT No. 0-3690, shall be disposed of by the National Housing Authority to the intended beneficiaries under this Proclamation after the

execution of a Deed of Transfer by the Central Luzon University in favor of the National Housing Authority.
