BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 182

DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 APRIL 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMALAYAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 25 April 2023, Tuesday, the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of the Bahaghari Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pinamalayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 April 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
