Proclamation No. 183

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MAHALO, MUNICIPALITY OF CAGAYAN DE SULU, PROVINCE OF SULU, ISLAND OF CAGAYAN DE SULU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Mahalo, municipality of Cagayan de Sulu, Province of Sulu, Island of Cagayan de Sulu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14944, to wit:

Lot No. 758.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14944, S. 62° 51′ E. 191.29 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Cagayan de Sulu, thence N. 60° 34′ W. 20.60 m. to point 2; N. 18° 18′ E. 14.10 m. to point 3; S. 82° 22′ E. 19.96 m. to point 4; S. 16° 44′ W. 21.78 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 357 square meters.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by Sulu Sea; on the southeast, by lot No. 759; on the southwest, by road; and on the north-west, by lot No. 757.

Lot No. 772.—Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14944, S. 52° 16′ E. 242.41 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Cagayan de Sulu, thence N. 34° 20′ W. 19.33 m. to point 2; N. 59° 13′ E. 29.43 m. to point 3; S. 34° 18′ E. 19.57 m. to point 4; S. 59° 42′ W. 29.43 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 571 square meters.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by road; on the southeast, by lot No. 773; on the southwest, by lot No. 755; and on the northwest, by lot No. 771.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 14′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14944.

Surveyed: October 7 and 8, 1925.
