BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1831

DECLARING SATURDAY, JULY 25, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PLARIDEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Saturday, July 25, 2009, marks the founding day anniversary of the Municipality of Plaridel, Province of Bulacan;

_ WHEREAS, Saturday, July 25, 2009, also marks the feast day of that Municipality’s patron saint, St. James the Apostle;

WHEREAS, the commemoration of such significant occasions calls for ample time for the people of that Municipality to celebrate with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by the power of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, July 25, 2009, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Plaridel, Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
