Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, 1, CORAZCIW C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio Tiniguiban, City of Puerto Princesa, Island of Palawan, whicn parcel is more particusarly described as follows:
