MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPTNES PROCLAMATION NO. 184 DEGLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 16,2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, NEGROS ORIENTAL WHEREAS, Thursday, June 16, 2011, marks the 6j=t Charter Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona, Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. Now, THEREFORE, l, PAQUlro N. ocHoA JR., Executive secretary, by authofity of His Excellency, BENIGNO S.
