é DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 31, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE

WHEREAS, Friday, July 31, 2009, marks the 109” Anniversary of the Battle of Paye in the Province of Marinduque;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Marinduque be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate... = ceremonies. ,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GABRIEL S, CLAUDIO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do Hereby declare Friday, July 31, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Marinduque.
