PROCLAMATION NO. 1846

DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MLANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, August 3 & 4, 2009, marks the 58” Foundation Day

• anniversary of the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato;

• WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Miang, Province of Cotabato be given full oppertunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. -

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GABRIEL S. CLAUDIO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, August 3, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Mlang, Province of Cotabato.
